FROGS OF TRINIDAD, TOBAGO AND THE LESSER ANTILLES, A GUIDE TO THEIR CALLS

Recorded by Morley Read

HOW TO ORDER

The islands of the Eastern Caribbean are home to a wide variety of species of frogs. Trinidad and Tobago have a diverse fauna similar to that of mainland South America making this CD useful for countries such as Venezuela and the Guyanas.  The Lesser Antilles have fewer species but many are endemic and their calls form the characteristic night sounds of the islands.

The sound recordings were made between 1982 and 1989 and was originally released as an audio cassette, now re-edited digitally and with colour booklet illustrating each species.

This CD includes sound recordings of the calls of 38 of the 43 known species and a colour booklet illustrating 37 species.
